Rule 4
Life Insurance Business
(1) Under the life insurance business, insurers can carry out the following insurance business:-
(a) Whole Life Insurance.
(b) Term life insurance.
(c) Term Life Insurance.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the committee may prescribe other types of life insurance business as required.
(3) The conditions and features of the life insurance articles made in accordance with this rule shall be as prescribed by the committee.
